Today, the newly elected office bearers of the AIBSNLEA Tamil Nadu Circle Office Branch were formally

introduced to the Senior General Manager (Finance).

The office bearers interacted with the Sr. GM (Finance) and briefed her on the

activities and objectives of the association.

The meeting was cordial and constructive, focusing on strengthening coordination and cooperation

between the Association and the Finance Wing for the smooth functioning of the Circle.

Dear Comrades The 8th AIC of AIBSNLEA successfully conducted at Guwahati Assam from 08.06.2025 to 10.06.2025.

From Tamilnadu 10 no of delegates participated including VP , CP, CS , FS , CWC Members.

19.11.2024 Dear Comrades, After successful completion of our 8th Circle conference on 13.09.2024, On 19.11.2024 The following office bearers,

Along with our fellow members of circle office, with the guidance of Our beloved Former CS Com. S.Anand our beloved Former FS Com. K.Dhanasekar met Respected CGM TN Circle and submitted the new office bearers list. Respected CGM Sir received us courteously and we assured our fullest co-operation with the circle administration in all future endeavours.

We honoured Respected PGM Finance madam and we discussed the following issues

1. Transfer of Shri.R.Ashokkumar AO Trichy Circle president to Circle office
2. Transfer retention upto Apr24 of Smt.M. Akalya AO Madurai to Trichy
3. Retention of Shri. G.Alagukarthikeyan AO Virudunagar
4. Transfer of Smt.R.Ilavarasi JAO Thanjavur to Cuddalore

Madam responded positively and assured to do the needful.

And also we discussed about the long stay list and also we requested to publish the no of requirements in shortage BAs so as to ease the aspirants to apply in OTP.

We honoured GM HR &Admin and AGM HR &Admin and submitted the New Circle Office Bearers list and discussed the following cases in detail.

1. Transfer of Smt. T.R.Ambika AGM Erode to Thanjavur.
2. Retention of Shri. A.Jothivelu AGM Trichy.
3. Transfer of R.Senthilkumar JTO Thanjavur to Circle Office.

GM HR &Admin responded positively and assured to do the needful at the earliest. We also honoured CAO Finance and our senior comrade Com. A.Aravazhi and discussed the issues in Finance and Accounts and he also assured to do the best in the interest of accounts fraternity.

13.09.2024 The 8th Circle Conference of AIBSNLEA Tamil Nadu Telecom Circle held with great enthusiasm on Friday, 13th September 2024, at the Conference Hall of RGMTTC Chennai. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of GS AIBSNLEA, Com. Shaji V., CHQ President Com. Rajpal Sharma, FS Com. Dinesh Kumar, DyGS Com. J.K. Patel, OS (South) Com. S. Sivakumar, and AGS Com. S. Raveendra Kumar.
Shri S. Parthiban, CGMT TN Circle, was the Chief Guest, and Shri V.S. Thulasi Raman was the Guest of Honour at the open session.

A new Circle body has been unanimously elected, with Com. Ashok Kumar ( AO) as President, Com. S Prabhakaran (JTO) as Circle Secretary, and Com. K Sakthivel (JAO) as Finance Secretary.

CS and CP Chennai TD, along with their team, were actively present throughout the conference. CS of other unions and associations participated in the open session. Former GS AIBSNLEA CHQ Com. S. Sivakumar, and Former OS ( South) Com. Duraiarasan were also participated in the conference. Com. S. Anand (Former CS) has been recommended for the post of Advisor CHQ. Com. Dhanasekhar (Former FS) proposed the vote of thanks for the conference.
